Picnik, my new friend

Sorry to anyone who had trouble, I changed the URL to my blog. It is now http://picsngiggles.blogspot.com/ (If you are looking at this then I guess you already figured that out) sorry about the change. I just needed a new name :)

I had a lot of fun taking these pictures of my kids. I loved the lighting that I had that night and as always, the kids were adorable. Makiah is now a year old and Evan is two and a half. They are growing up!

I had fun working with Picnik and I have to say the pictures look a lot better then they did before I edited them! I had fun trying new things and I love (maybe to much) the black edging. It makes the photos look... oh, so much better!

Little sis

I have been so excited about these pictures and then I keep running into problems with them. I took them with my Mom's camera while I was visiting in Utah. I didn't have my computer with me so I had to wait for my sister to email them to me. Then I had issues downloading them. Then they were to small. Thank goodness for Picasa Web Albums! That fixed my problems. I finally got around to editing them but now I guess they are to big because of the blur... grrrr. If you click on them and view them larger they actually look really good. If anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know!

Never mind about that problem! Candi helped me figure it all out, Yeay! Now I won't look like a bad photographer :)

I had lots of fun doing Bethany's senior pictures! I have so much room to improve and this was perfect practice for me. I am so used to taking pictures of my kids. Bethany didn't wiggle, move or crawl away! I could also tell her what to do and she would actually do it! She also was a great help being a very good photographer herself. She helped me get some great shots. The first three are my favorites :)

Baby Kiah

These are some pictures I took of Makiah back in March. They are my favorites! I am always trying different things with them. I love the flowers and I love the naked baby look. She is getting a little old for it now and so I enjoy going back to these and creating different collages. Isn't she a sweetie?

Butterflies

I am so excited about these... my first butterfly photos! My family and I went to Columbian Park Zoo and I had so much fun with the butterflies! I already want to go back and take some more pictures.These pink daisies were fun and the butterflies loved them...I absolutely loved this tea set. I was so excited when this little gal stopped for a tea party.I know that the focus is all wrong, it would have been so perfect if the focus was on the butterfly.
